How Logins Can Help You Reach Your Goals Faster
As you probably already know, your subconscious mind is at work 24 hours a day, 365 days a week.
If you're typing login credentials into accounts frequently, you can use this to your advantage.
For instance: If you want to lose weight and your ideal weight is 140 pounds, make your username, "SlimNTrimSally" and create a password with a similar statement... "140isMe!" (That's if your name's actually Sally.)
Or username, "Light1LikeFeathers" with the password, "IWeigh140Yeah!"
You get the idea.
This is something I've been doing myself for years.
For example, the bank where I keep the most amount of money is Bank of America. I made my username, "MyDailyBlogPost" and my password, "365DaysIWrite". This helps remind me of my 365 day challenge to write a blog post everyday. Umm.. I think I should change my password now.
Anyway, whatever your goals are, use this technique accordingly.
As you're typing passwords on a regular basis, your subconscious mind is recording, programming, and directing your behavior to accomplish these goals.
You're also consciously reminding yourself of these goals as well.
Have you ever heard the phrase, "Energy flows where focus goes."? Well keep your focus on your goals and your energy will flow there too.
