Crying is often associated with sadness... but I'm talking about "tears of joy".

I was crying today as I envisioned my future.

I was overwhelmed with gratitude as I could see all my focus, dedication and hard work pay off.

My family was proud of me and everyone could see and appreciate the person that I had become and realized that I make a difference.

Tears of joy rushed over me as my bottom lip quivered.

It's an amazing feeling!

Are you doing things in your life that make you cry?

Are pushing yourself to become a little better every day?

If you are... keep going!

Keep pushing.
Keep planning.
Keep moving forward.

If you're not... start.

Pick a goal, (a small goal), and start working toward it.

The act of working on a goal gives you a sense of pride, purpose and conviction.

ACCOMPLISHING GOALS is an empowering experience that boosts your self-confidence and self-esteem.

You'll start to create bigger goals, have bigger dreams and become a bigger, better, Amazing YOU!

When you think about how much you're capable of, you'll be overwhelmed with gratitude and a sense of purpose.

Your life's mission is to grow by completing your goals.

And when you do, it feels good to cry.
