It's been said that human beings have over 50,000 thoughts every day. Where do they go?

Get a notebook.

It doesn't have to be a physical notebook, just something that you can have with you at all times to capture your thoughts, ideas and goals.

I've always had one and a friend of mine, Kelvin, will appreciate this post.  He's a serial notebook buyer.  Notice I didn't say user, just buyer.  LOL

By the way, check out yesterday's post image.  Is that a cool looking notebook or what?  I want one!

As I step up my game, I'll get my notebook scenario down to only one place to capture thoughts, ideas and goals.

I took a productivity course on Linkedin last year and a great concept was introduced called, "Gathering Points".

The idea is that we have way to many gathering points for different things in our lives.

If we boil them down to just ONE, as in one place for all email, one place for your laundry, one place for physical mail and so on, we can drastically reduce the amount of time we spend "processing things."

So today's post is great advice to help YOU organize YOUR life while streamlining your thoughts and ideas in order to become more productive and be an amazing you.

Get a notebook! (and use it.)
